What is your return policy?
Vindemia's workmanship and quality is one of the absolute highest standard. If the product you receive is flawed due to workmanship or in the material, we will replace it within a 90-day period. The bubbles, ripples and various size imperfections in the crystal are treasured and natural. Prior to returning the product, please e-mail us detailing the problem and we will give you instructions on your return/replacement.
All of our products are insured; if your product should arrive broken, please notify both the carrier and Vindemia through our website. Because the bowls are crystal, they can be easily broken; plus proper care of the stems must be taken to insure the lip is not damaged or bent.
How will you ship my order?
All shipments are shipped by common carrier ground service unless otherwise requested by the purchaser.
What are my personalization options?
All of our crystal bowls can be individually personalized. Our laser etching enables us to personalize each piece with your logo, name, font, monogram or other design. When placing your order, you can work with our staff to select the location on the bowl that will best show off its personalization.
How do I take care of my bases and bowls?
Simply wipe the aluminum bases with mild detergent and warm water. Dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners. The bowls also may be machine-washed and dried on the top of the dishwasher or hand-washed. Then hand or air dry.
Is it difficult to attach or detach the bowls and stems?
All of our crystal bowls and distinctive bases are interchangeable for various designed looks, so it's easy to create your own exclusive design whenever you want. Remove the bowl by simply holding the base and gently rotating the bowl counterclockwise until it separates. Attach the bowl to the designed base by gently turning the bowl clockwise until it's snug. Please be sure not to over-tighten.
Will the combination I put together affect my final price?
We charge a flat fee per crystal bowl, and your price will be the same regardless of the combination of bowls you choose.
The Attraction and the Manhattan are the same price and there is a slight increase in price for the Signature base.
Note:
Because Vindemia products are hand-crafted of crystal and aluminum, the edges can be sharp. Special care should be taken when unwrapping and caring for them. Also, because each piece is hand-crafted, there may be slight variations from one piece to the next.
