We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, when you make your request within 21 days of the ship date.

If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.

Damaged Deliveries
We package your order carefully for shipment; but crystal is fragile.  Please open and inspect your order on delivery to make certain it is not damaged.  Notify us immediately by telephone at 888 639 9040 or email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it of any damage to your order. Please keep the original packaging.
Replacement pieces will be sent to you as soon as possible at no charge to you.
Guidelines for Requesting an Exchange or Refund

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 21 days of the ship date. The item you want to return or exchange must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.

To return an item for a refund or exchange, follow the steps listed below. After the item has been received and inspected by, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 14 days.

Refunds for items purchased at optionss.net will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item. If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.


Steps for Returning an Item


1. Make and Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

2. On the packing slip that came with your purchase, circle the item number and description of the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging, write in the quantity returned, and note the reason for the return.

3. Write on the packing slip what you want us to do: exchange or refund.  Please remember that refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. For exchanges, let us know what you would like to exchange by hand writing your instructions on the packing slip.
4. We will send your exchange to the same address unless you write on the packing slip that you want us to send your exchange to a different address. To have your exchange item sent to an address other than the original shipping address, cross out the ship to section of the packing slip and hand write the address you would like for us to ship the items.   Please hand write "Ship exchange to a different address" on the packing slip.

5. Pack and seal your return item securely, in the original package if possible, and include the packing slip form. Packages must be returned prepaid--we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
